Some of our dishes include Oregon pasture raised USDA beef as well as free range natural northwest chicken. At Bistro 23, we hand pick our herbs and spices from our garden and that of local farmers. We roast our own peppers and meats, roll our own pasta ... it's all prepared fresh for you daily at Bistro23.
